Do I require any export documentation?
Yes. All kangaroo products being sent outside of Australia must be accompanied by an export permit as per current Wildlife Export Regulations. Each kangaroo is culled in accordance with the Queensland Management Programme and National Harvesting Standards.  Please note that some countries may require CITES import permits. For further details please see the CITES website.

Availability
Please note all orders are subject to product availability. If we are unable to supply the requested items you will be notified by email.

Delivery
Goods will only be despatched upon receipt of payment. (Unless prior arrangement has been made with management)
Orders within Australia are despatched “Receipted delivery” via Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
Delivery times will vary according to availability of stock and location of customer.

For goods in stock please allow 5 work days for despatch from receipt of confirmed order for deliveries in Australia.

For International orders allow 5-15 work days for delivery from despatch date.

For Non-stock items please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery.

Once orders are received Packer Leather will review stock availability and production times and email a delivery date.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds and Returns
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind. We ask that you check your goods upon receipt.

Faulty or Damaged Product
Packer Leather will refund the purchase price in accordance with the following procedures:
•    Notify Packer Leather within 7 days.
•    Return the product in its original condition to us within 21 days of notification together with your tax invoice.
•    Upon Receipt of the returned product Packer Leather will refund to you the purchase price of the product.
•    Please allow up to 14 days for receipt of refund.
